Energy Assessments
To understand the details of your potential lighting project, you’ll need to have an assessment done of your current lighting situation. One of our energy efficiency advisors can perform this by coming to your facility and taking account of what lights you have. Based on this assessment and your energy provider, we’ll make you a proposal for an upgrade. This proposal will include the specifications for your potential project, a quote for the total cost of the project which includes a breakdown of the incentive rebate you will receive based on the reduction of energy usage, and a Return on Investment Analysis which details the amount of time it will take to recoup the cost of you project through energy savings. Incentive Programs
There are many incentive programs you can take advantage of based on your energy provider. These programs offer financial incentives for improving your energy efficiency. With these incentives, you can cover a substantial portion of the cost to a lighting upgrade. As a ComEd Energy Efficiency Service Provider (EESP), we have access to more aggressive incentives not available to the general public which your company may be able to take advantage of. Installation
We’re with you every step of the way from manufacturing to installation. We coordinate the entire installation process with certified electricians to make sure your new lights are installed safely and in a timely manner. If you would prefer to coordinate installation in house, we can also operate as a product supplier.

Our high quality lights eliminate the consistent maintenance needed for older lighting systems such as fluorescent bulbs. If something does go wrong, all of our lights come with a free five year warranty. As a local manufacturer, we can handle warranty replacement requests much quicker than our big box competitors.
